A rubber stud or wave scraper mat is a mat designed to help remove dirt and debris from the bottom of shoes and boots. The mat has small, raised rubber studs or waves that create friction against the bottom of the shoe or boot as it is walked across the surface. Corrugated ridges trap mud, water, sand, and dirt to keep floors mess-free and provide traction.
